Hiya, if I were you ask the person who has them to delete them and warn them if they do not and they get leaked out by them they could be in trouble for Child Pornography. It doesn't matter how old you are now it matters when the photos were taken.

Also as a hint for life as Judge Judy would say "Never take photos you wouldnt be ok to show your Grandma" Smile
