Percy Verence is right. Many browsers have a built-in list of fraudulent and/or attack sites, many of which are provided by Google.
My advice would be to stay away from those kinds of sites. They don't have anything you could want, and for those that do (say, porn), there are many safer alternatives. There are add-ons that can help protect your browser from exploits and your computer from malware. NoScript, AdblockPlus, and Ghostery are two very good free add-ons that are available for all browsers. Also, I recommend using Firefox instead of Chrome, and stay the hell away from Internet Explorer! |
