wow, ok basically she still has feelings for you. If you guys broke up and still remained friends then there's no reason for her to get mad because she's your friend she would want you to be happy and find someone just like she did. Is it fair that she's "moved" on and dating your cousin but it's not ok for you to go out with other girls? NO. Let me tell you why she's dating your cousin because she wants you. Your ex dresses the way she does because she's trying to get you back. Come on if a girl passed by you wearing provocative clothes you wouldn't notice her? she's trying to get your attention. I personally don't think you should try to get her back. Why would you want someone who would use your cousin to get back with you. But ultimately it's your decision. You deserve to put yourself out there and get treated well.
