Is it legal for a teacher to read a students Facebook messages?
Okay, so I was on camp a couple of days ago and the teacher took my phone off me for using it on the bus, the next day I asked if I could have it back and she said she needed to hold onto it for a bit longer. When she gave my phone back she read all of my messages from the notification bar on the front screen and questioned me about them and took a photo of them. Is this against the law?
