Hello Rohit,

Yahoo costs $299 of a year to accept your listing.

DMoz if free, but the listing is not easy. You must submit the site in most appropriate category, the they can approve your site in DMoz Directory.

If you are able to spend the money go for Yahoo Local Listing, they charge for 9.95$/month.

But my suggestion is to submit your site in DMoz, because it gives the genuine back-link for your website. for submission click this http://www.dmoz.org/docs/en/help/submit.html
