You can make a blog concept for it. With it, you can update for your view on latest progress of computers or games. Once in a while you can add product review and get paid for it, or try affiliate marketing, or sell your own product/service.

The best part is you can encourage visitors put their opinions of what you post through comments box that is provided. So you get all you need : the topic you like, and the forum you want.
