Pls how can i create a website?

It depends on what kind of website you are building.

1) blog/personal website (recommended: learn wordpress)
2) Ecommerce sites (Selling your own stuffs)(learn Wordpress or joomla)
3) dynamic website with slightly more user interactivity. The more common ones will be either a marketplace or classified ads website (something like http://www.classifiedads4free.com) (learn joomla)

First you need to purchAse a hosting plan which I will personally recommend http://justhost.com. Been using them for almost 2 yrs without running into problems.

Next you would need a domain name which you can purchase from http://www.namecheap.com.

Then add your website files into your host folder or you can just download the above recommended content management systems to assist in your website building.

I will seldom recommend website builders unless you are a complete noob. But still it's a pretty good way to kick start your interest in website building.
