Is there a setup fee for Google Adwords?

I use google adwords and i think it's pretty good on the whole...the only thing i don't like is when your ads get banned. Cost is cheap especially if you are a beginner because you can usually get $50 / $100 free to start you off and that is as simple as typing in a free code...these can be found all over the internet. LinkedIn is nothing to do with but keywords...it's a social media site like facebook....as to purchasing ads on linkedin i've no idea...but i don't see it being as good as google - as more people use google than anything else. Also you can bid on some long tail keywords for 1 cent...that's what i would do if i were you - get some long expressions (lots of them) and pay 1cent per click.
