I keep seeing disgusting inappropriate ads on websites that are supposed to be clean?

So I was just searching online on Goodreads.com and TheTopTens.com and when I looked down the list I saw ads that said "Ads not by this site" and it was for Brazzers that had a girl sucking on a guys 'you know what' and it said "Eat the candy" and then another time I saw an ad by the SAME people that had two girls making out NAKED their butts hanging out and they were squeezing each other breasts and ANOTHER Brazzer ad had a girl with her finger up her vigina and she was digging in it and goo was squirting out and it read "She's gonna squirt!" and ANOTHER where this girl was doing yoga then this guy who's naked comes up and she stares at his "nut" and he shoves it in her mouth and she starts chewing on it and look pleased! So now these Brazzer ads are making me feel uncomfortable and I'm only 14 and I'm afraid my mom will see the ads and I will get in trouble...

HELP!!!!! I LOVE going onto goodreads to look at the books but I'm afraid to go back onto it knowing they'res disgusting PORN ads...
