I keep seeing disgusting inappropriate ads on websites that are supposed to be clean?

I would suggest running some sort of anti-malware software on your machine as it sounds like your computer is infected. Malwarebytes do a free product called Anti-Malware - id download this and run a scan to see what it finds.

Slightly disturbing description btw, I don't think Yahoo users need a breakdown of what you're seeing, 'inappropriate adverts' would have probably been sufficient!
