There are some softwares but it is my suggestion to you do not use such services which will gain you fake likes. Anybody can sort that you have only 20 to 30 posts on your page & you have 5000 likes this is something doubtful. Your page creation date, posts shares, comments will not match with the number of likes your page has. Try following things.

1. Update your page with creative & informative content in which people are interested.
2. Share it with your friends & invite them to like it.
3. Update cover photo after every 15 days.
4. Ask your friends to share your facebook page with their friends.
