How to track traffic per url of a website?

I am not sure how you mean "per url", counting visits to each page of your site.

Google analytics is the most powerful free site stats system.

Although the simpler statcounter.com control panel provides sufficient visitor stats for many, the IP address is used to get the approximate location of each visotor.
