mail does not load with IE but does with Firefox. Cache and cookies have been deleted and cleared.?

Yes, I also have things in Yahoo mail that do not work properly with IE but my emails do load. I downloaded Firefox and Google Chrome and they work perfect in my Yahoo Mail. Guess you will just have to use the Browser that works for you. Good luck.
