How to email photos from Canon T3i to self?

You can already send the raw files anywhere you want. But unlike JPEG, most computers do not have an image codec for viewing raw format files. The codec you need can be installed from the software disc that came with your camera.

IrfanView will need an additional plugin for CRW/CR2 files:

All of these programs can convert your raw format files to JPEG, or DNG for image editors.
