Your sketch is beautiful, firstly look at the eBayers that are selling similiar items with Success, and copy them almost exactly in their formatting, pricing etc.

1. Use keywords in the item title ie. "Custom Portrait Landscape Pencil Sketches 11" x 4" - Send me any Photo 24hr Turnaround"
2. Choose the correct Category
3. Put a proper price on it. $19.99 or similiar. Nobody will trust you for 99c.
4. Include more than 1 photo in the item, 5-6 examples of your best work.
5. Get yourself an online portfolio and link to it in your description
6. Improve your listing description. Explain exactly what they are getting as well as requirements, any questions you want them to answer in their message to you, and get rid of the ALLCAPS. Make it professional.
