You are selling yourself short with your pricing- start it nearer to £4.99 or $10.99 and uneccessary to offer freepost - just chare the actual shipping if you must
Cheap prices= cheap items is the peception of some buyers

Make it VERY clear in the listing that they are not bidding on THAT picture, and make it very clear how they can send you a photo for you to copy
Make it clear what paper and media you use and the size they will get

BTW as mentioned you will do better on etsy.com as this site is more compatible than ebay for customised items from talented individuals like yourself
Cheaper to list also with a longer duration (20c for 3 months) and cheaper final value fees
