This is Sherry,a customer service from Tmart.com. I am very sorry to hear that you didn't received your orders. For this issue, would you let me know the order number first? Then I can check it for you. Please don't worry,for the Shipped but not Delivered, There is policy to protect the customer: If the status of shipment is not updated and you still do not get the item within 45 days (20 days for the packages shipped from US warehouse to U.S. or Canada) since the shipment date. We will reship the item to you. You also can contact me at customercare@Tmart.com.
