it can depend on various different things. for example, the amount of speed that you're subscribed for... the method you use to connect... if you're using wireless (wifi) how far away is the router from you device? oh and also other stuff might be interfering with your router... try and also untangle your wires if tangled and clear cookies from browser. Smile
