YOUR LAPTOP MIGHT NOT BE THE REASON, BUT THE INTERNET MIGHT BE THE ONE HAVING PROBLEMS, SO YOU SHOULD PROBABLY CHANGE OR TAKE IT TO A PROFFEIONAL PERSON WHO UNDERSTANDS IN INTERNET PROBLEMS.
