is it possible to video chat on Skype, so its just through messages and typed out with a video but no talking?
I've never used Skype before and I've just set up an account so I can talk to my sister whilst she is away at university.
But we don't want to talk out loud we want it to be so we can see each other so there's a video on the screen, but when we chat we will have to type what we say and send that. Like in a message.
Is this possible??
