Do people buy fixed cats?

I have a cat problem and I want to have them fixed. There are several homeless cats that hang out in my driveway and front yard. They do not belong to any of my neighbors. I am willing to adopt two of them, but I do not want to keep the rest, nor do I want to have them put to sleep. I also want them to stop reproducing. If I have them fixed and put them up for sale, would people buy them? If so, how much are people willing to pay for a fixed cat? If not, what can I do? What is a good way of humanly "getting rid" of them. I am not trying to make a business out of this. I will appreciate your help very much.
