In 2013, the supreme court struck down a key provision of the landmark voting rights act of 1965. In the court's official opinion chief justice John Roberts, writing for the majority, wrote:

“Our country has changed, and while any racial discrimination in voting is too much, Congress must ensure that the legislation it passes to remedy that problem speaks to current conditions.”

Do you believe racial discrimination remains a barrier to voting in America?
