It means you can email that link to your near and dear once,
instead of uploading all those pic again in email client Smile
Your images will be private though, unless you share that link with anyone Smile

You had uploaded the images right, so indirectly you are the owner of the photos,
Fb stores those images in servers under your account,
It just means when ever someone (your single friend in this case) likes or comments,
you'll get notified Smile
