My trust issues have gotten in the way.. I dont know what to do?

I have the same problem as you with trust issues; you just have to let it run its course. You need to just start trying to bring back your trust in people- its good to show worry&jealousy though, because it obviously shows to him that you still care. But for now I would give him space, as you don't want to come across as annoying. I mean there isn't really anything you can reply to a kissy face, plus he might not have wanted to disturb you if you was going to bed:3 next time let him message or talk to you first. If he truly wanted you back, he would make the effort.
