Larry - i'm sorry but your site look as scam site. That is one reason for very low conversion rates. Second reason is that you may spent money on campagins that are targeted wrong (wrong keywords, wrong area, etc).

One of suggestions is to call someone specialized in web design and development like mine friends on Weberest. First step is to give your site little professional look and then re-run ads again.
