Depends on how good your drawings are:

What i would suggesst:

you dont have money for a website ... no excuse - pleanty of free websites out there with very low hosting fees ... as low as 3.99

if you really really cant ... get onto yahoo im or which ever else realtime and do realtime portraits of people vias video and scan and send after they pay by pay pal
