The link is from uscis.gov. It is not a trash link as some would have you believe. I have the same issue. It may be that there is no one manning the system at this time (Sunday and tomorrow being a federal holiday) so we just have to wait til Tuesday. I've seen this happen before. By the way, you either want to click on the link in the email http://www.immigrationdirect.com/USCIS
