How do I automatically post a tweet from twitter to a facebook organization page.?

First of all, download TWEETDECK

Then, in the 2nd line down on the left, you'll see a 'face and a +' sign - add facebook there.
Then of course you can just c/p your tweet and add to Facebook by opening up any message that shows and then clicking into your own account



-------but it's not working on mine at the moment!
