Well technically he stopped when you asked him to so it isn't sexual assault but if anything happens like that and you don't want it to happen you should always say 'no', tell them stop. Otherwise really bad things can happen. It is really creepy that he drove you out to that car park place. Maybe you could speak to him and be like 'what happened the other night was a mistake, I'm sorry but I'm not interested in you in that kind of way'. Make sure you end it all and make your view clear to him before it gets any weirder. But stand up for yourself next time, make sure you are in charge of what happens to you. Try not to be left alone with him because otherwise something else might happen, always make sure you are with someelse too. Maybe you could tell a friend that you trust about this and see what they think, it would help if they knew him too.
