If they are honest, the domain name registration should have it:

http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp

Some home based or shady businesses use a paid proxy to conceal their info, some proxies pass on emails, some don't. Some Chinese counterfeit sites use fake U.S. addresses or untrue or partial Chinese info,
