Can you get to the normal internet through Tor, or is it an entirely separate list of websites?

TOR works by bypassing your connection through their servers. You get a different IP address and you could surf the internet through their networks. Basically a VPN. You can watch videos and visit regular websites but consider that their connection is quite slow.
TOR does not allow their IP addresses to be used for torrenting or other illegal activities. They are watching you. TOR can be turned on and off at any time You are far behind to claim your privacy. You can no longer fight whether information of you is collected or not. What you need to fight now is that how that collected information is used. Ads |
