I would like to combine my irl name into a username?

Well I've done dis post about like 5 times but no one understands the question to be honest.. I really want a user name that comes from my IRL name Trevor Williams.. Example : Tremor.. Pretty much just Trevor with the m from Williams where the v should be.... But I don't like the name because on some sites it's already taken, Since it is a real word after all... So the question is... Any cool name ideas that use Trevor and Williams? And this is one of the problems I've noticed on others posts... I don't mean like Trevwilliams124523 or something like that... I mean a name combined using letters out of Trevor and williams... Also someone suggested put a # in front of Tremor... But that's not what I asked.. I've already thought about that... K
