Selling on ebay, question about a suspicious buyer.?

Someone recently bought one of my ebay auctions at the Buy it Now price. He has no feedback and made his account the day before the bought my item. His payement is pending in my paypal account (ebay makes me wait a while to get the money because im a new seller). I checked his address and it exists. Should I trust this buyer? Since it is already paid is there anything he can do to scam me? I plan on getting a tracking number and signature confirmation for the package. Thanks for any help
