It seems like he likes u but i would steer away from him if I were. Normally I would say if someone like someone they should go for it even if they are marriage( not telling u to have an affair just saying to divorce then be with u) BUT he has a kid so that's off limits.
I agree with u. I would support u but they just had a baby and if he left it would just be horrible for the baby.
