Open up Chrome > Clear Cache & Cookies too > Try Again Tongue
If it doesn't work then try to lower the *RESOLUTION* of the image
Yeah. That's right. Resolution.
Sometimes Facebook just assume that you're uploading a large file if the resolution is bigger
Use Photoshop for that
