suppose someone posted illegal photos to twitter, would the followers be breaking the law as well?
Suppose someone uploaded some illegal photos, that were unlawful to even posses, onto twitter or instagram? Suppose Miley Cyrus or another celebrity posted a photo of themselves naked at age 17, wouldn't then all of her followers be breaking the law, seeing as they have just received child pornography, and not only posses it but have viewed it as well? Just a "what if" question, obviously Miley Cryus has never done this, and never can considering she is above 18.
So according to max, if someone doesn't pay for child pornography, it isn't illegal? what about all of these supposed internet rings? I thought it was illegal to even have these photos in your possession at any time, paid or not.
