Why is everyone so judgemental?

Hi Mr. Black,

Agree with your observation - we're very judgmental and it got worse.
The reason of our alienation and lack of interest in other, especially "weak" people, is our over-grown egoism. It got to the point where we cannot afford to leave it unattended and have to do something about it. Otherwise many people indeed can end up alone without any support form close ones or society in general.
We're born egoists, self-concern is instilled in us from birth so we excerpt conscious effort in correcting it. This is what Nature expects from us and will keep provoking us to take steps toward correction of our behavior.

The change obviously should start in education. Now it's our turn to "instill" something new in ourselves. Reformed education should convey and advocate for humanism and for all our values changed toward mutual acceptance and support (mutual being a key word).

There is community of people exploring this idea. You'll find many interesting materials in their web-site. Try to fin some time to brows it. I believe this is a direction we should take. All the best!
