I'm a sales person and can back the other guy as for that's what I do. Short and sweet with some detail to "sell". Example from work would be: yeah this ratchet is good but if your gonna use it a lot, the other brand for a couple dollars more has more features and a lifetime warrant, I think it comes with a few drives too."
