best history and settings cleaner out there
been using it for years

and after running that
to clean (to zero) all the unused /deleted file space
a program called disk-redactor
http://www.cezeo.com/products/disk-redactor/

then no one can 'recover' the data again Wink
(using forensic tools - that companies etc have !)

Both FREE

and lastly,
you might want to then defragment your disk (disk properties -> tools -> defragment) to shuffle the now clean bits around Wink
