If you have a pass code on your phone, don't worry too much since they can't get through your phone immediately without hacking it. If your SIM is still in there you might have a chance, if not there's no way to track it, but lets just say they didn't remove the SIM What you should do right now is immediately go change all your account passwords that are logged in with your phone, like facebook, your email, banking etc, there should be a option allow you to log you out of other devices once the password is change. Since you don't have any security apps on there, you can try PLAN B, PLAN B you can remotely install the app on it. Try to find the phone using PLAN B. If you didn't find your phone, contact your carrier for a lost/stolen phone to disconnect its service or log on to your carrier's account and disconnect it. Once its disconnected, the phone service will be bricked (will not be able to activate the phone under someone else, unless the phone is found by the owner and remove from the lost/stolen list).

Heres a video on stolen android phone, i hope this helps and hope you're able to get your phone back!
