If its in a Actual Group Go to the Group and Post if the Group is Set to A Closed Group Than Only They Can View the Posts Unless its In a Regular Post Outside of the Group Than on the Bottom of the Status Box Click on the Current Setting than Go to Customize add Specific People Or Lists Than Add Who you Want to See The Post In There Than Apply it And You Should Be All Set
