I didn't have a boyfriend until 19 my first year in college. and it sounds like your parents are very strict and only want you to do what they want you to do. sometimes you just have to be strong and do what you want to do. you are an adult now and to some degree you can do what you want, im not saying you should through. you should still have respect for them and all. but just cuz your parents would not approve does not mean you should not date them at all. you can be with the guy for like one date, a week , a month and then move on. that's what dating really is finding out if you could be with that person long term or not.
