you can create blog using Blogger and Word Press ...

both have own value.. Blogger is best for new buddies but Word Press require some extra programming knowledge.

For Word press approx value
1. Domain Name ($10/Year)
2. Host Server ($100/year)
3. WP installation (free)

For Blogger
1. Domain Name ($10/Year)
2. xxxxxxx.blogsport.com domain (free)

Choose both and after a week you get your answer which is best for you
