How can I stop this viral marketing spam email from generating from my hotmail account?

Maybe somebody has access to your account or somebody is spoofing those email. Try to report it to Hotmail and they should have some process in place for these kinds of situation. You can try contacting this website and ask if they can analyze your email for free.
