Yep http://www.sellit-right.com is a free UK and Worldwide ad service use that to promote for Biz and products.
http://www.1planet-mart1.com/classifieds...
http://www.classifieds.com is another.
http://www.loot.com is another.
Craigslist is another one but you get alot of spam and scam stuff on there, people dont like that.
You can create a blog to talk about what you have to offer too.
Advertise in Yellow Pages.

Tip:Use all of the services people give you, advertise where you can. keep at it too. Hope that helped.
