There are so many fraudsters on eBay that use this "good buyer rep" technique with the intent of not performing once they sell. My policy is to let them earn a seller's reputation on someone else's back.

There's always experienced eBay sellers hawking the same crap you're looking at right now. You don't take chances online when you don't have to.
