It depends. I mean you can hand make a crappy sign and stick in your yard and technically you just did some free "Outdoor Advertising" but it won't be very effective.

Infomercials are very expensive to make and then buy time for, and product placement is also pretty pricey unless you happen to know the right people.

I would go with internet advertising. Getting a page on facebook is free and you can do targeted ads on there for a pretty reasonable rate. Adwords on google is also cost-effective.
