Because they are selling fakes, even if they declare it, it's still a copyright law violation that can get the site shut down at any time, like when they have your money.

That is a Chinese site only 2 months old, I would call the risk significant.

There are some 5 levels of counterfeit quality, you can still overpay for the worst grade Asian made crap.
