You had me at "shiny pants." If he believes in per-marital sex but hasn't tried anything in two months, then something's off. It sounds like he's gay but is too scared of Jesus giving him the ol' fire treatment to let his freak flag fly. Also, he probably doesn't want to be around homosexuals because he's afraid they'll sniff him out. Gay guys usually seem to come equipped with top-of-the-line gaydar.
