Does he like me even though he has a girlfriend?

Ok so I go to this youth group and there's this boy. I know he's flirting with me because I can tell he's looking at me from the corner of my eye. This week at youth group I noticed it more than ever. He kept coming really close to me, sitting next to me, touching my shoulder and 'accidently' bumping into me. He kept trying to talk to me and ask me questions and at one point he said "I don't like you... I love you." Then he realised what he said and quickly said "I'm joking I have a girlfriend." I know he has a girlfriend because my mum and her mum are friends and also both of their facebook relationship statuses are taken. He always talks to me in person and acts really flirty and touchy but we rarely text or speak online. We always get eye contact with eachother too. The thing is I think he's really funny and I like him as a friend and if he wasn't going out with someone I'd consider him being my boyfriend, but I certainly don't want to split them up or cheat with him behind her back. Please tell me if you think he likes me and what I should do!? xxx
